How to ... ... track an undelivered order!

This section explains how to view the status of any of your orders.

Once you have placed an order with Strikalite you can at any time quickly and easily see its status. This will tell you if the order has been despatched or is being processed. NOTE: your credit card will not be debited until the order has been despatched.

First you must login to the strikalite shop. To do this simply click on the login icon at the top of every page. you will be promted to enter your email address and your password.

Once logged in you will notice that the login and register icons have been replaced with the MYAccount icon at the top of every page. Clicking on this icon will take you to your individual account details page where you can alter your account settings, view all your past orders and contact strikalite directly. See the "How to .. .. alter account details" section for further information.

You should now see a list of all your current and past orders. The list of orders is split into two sections: the despatched/completed orders and the current orders awaiting delivery. To view any of these orders in detail you simply click on the order number of the order in question and you will be taken to the view order page.

The view order page displays a list of all the products that were included in the order and the full amount inc shipping of that order.

At the top of this page the order status is displayed. This will tell you if the order has been despatched or is still being processed.

If you have any queries regarding any of your orders you can click on the contact us link at the top of your personal account details page to send a message to strikalite. Please ensure that you enter the order number of the order in question within your message.
